I work with people who are doing well by most measures, but their body feels out of sync. Typically these are founders, executives, and high-performers in demanding roles who've normalised feeling wired but exhausted, have tried eating well and exercising but still feel off, and want answers that go beyond generic advice.
I also work with individuals at any stage who want a genuinely personalised approach: whether your goal is body composition, better energy, hormone balance, or reducing reliance on caffeine and willpower.
On the corporate side, I partner with HR leaders and wellbeing managers to bring evidence-led nutrition to their teams.

Your first session is 90 minutes. We go deep into current health, health history, lifestyle, stress load, sleep, and what you've already tried. Nothing is dismissed. By the end you'll have a clear, tailored nutrition plan with evidence-based strategies that fit your actual routine, not a generic meal plan.
Ongoing sessions are 30 minutes and focus on reviewing progress, adjusting the plan, and working through any challenges. You'll also have support between sessions via written check-ins.

Yes, all sessions are online via video call, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. Clients are based across the UK and internationally.
Being online also makes it easier to fit sessions around a busy schedule. Most clients book during lunch breaks, early mornings, or after work.

Most clients notice changes in energy, sleep quality, or mood within the first 2–3 weeks, often before anything visibly changes in their body. That early shift in how you feel day-to-day is usually the most motivating part.
Body composition changes typically become visible by week 4–6 when we're in a Rebuild or Perform programme. The difference here is that the results are built on metabolic stability, not restriction, which means they last.

Absolutely, and it's one of the most overlooked tools. Chronic stress depletes key nutrients, disrupts cortisol rhythms, destabilises blood sugar, and impairs sleep. This creates a feedback loop that makes you more reactive, more exhausted, and less able to recover.
Nutritional therapy directly targets these mechanisms. We use food timing, specific nutrients, and lifestyle strategies to support the HPA axis and help your body shift out of survival mode. Most clients are surprised by how much of their stress response is physiological — not just situational.

Because most plans treat the symptoms, not the system. If your nervous system is in chronic stress mode, no amount of clean eating or calorie restriction will produce lasting change, your body will fight it.
My approach starts with stabilising your physiology first: blood sugar, nervous system regulation, sleep, digestion. Once that foundation is in place, the things you want to change, body composition, energy, cravings, respond much faster and far more permanently.
