Hi, I’m Alison

Performance Nutritionist and Metabolic Health Specialist

I spent almost a decade building a career that looked successful from the outside. I finally reached six figures, but I was working 12-hour days, struggling to switch off and relying on caffeine just to keep going.

The anxiety before meetings was overwhelming. I'd crash by mid-afternoon, reach for more coffee, then wine to unwind at night. My skin constantly broke out, my weight wouldn't shift despite eating well and exercising, and I hated what I saw in the mirror.

I told myself it was simply the cost of success.

Eventually, I realised the problem wasn't me, it was the advice. Generic diets and fitness plans aren't designed for ambitious, high-performing lives. They make you feel like you have to choose between your career and your health.

I refused to accept that trade-off. So I trained as a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer to understand why my body was struggling. The answer wasn't more willpower or restriction. It was learning to work with my physiology through an evidence-based, functional approach.

That became The REALIGN Method: the programme I created because it was the one I needed first.
