Performance nutritionist in Surrey, passionate about helping you to look and feel your best every day.

My interest in nutrition began in secondary school when I realised that my diet was contributing to weight gain, fatigue, inability to focus, and constant breakouts, which left me feeling deeply uncomfortable in my body.

For the next 10 years, I experimented with countless diets, creams, and exercise routines. While I lost weight, my body felt out of proportion, my face remained puffy, and exercise became just a way to ‘burn off calories.’ I was so self-conscious about my skin that I wouldn’t even step out to the shop without covering up.

Everything changed during my Nutritional Therapy training. I began to understand the body as a powerful machine that thrives on the right balance of nutrients. Shifting my perspective, I started seeing food as functional and made strategic dietary changes. As a result, I achieved my dream body, glowing skin, a sharper mind and regained my confidence.

My own journey, alongside my passion for health and wellbeing, fuels my desire to help busy professionals to improve weight loss, fitness, anxiety, digestion and build stress resilience.
