What does the 7-day Spring to Health Challenge involve?

This 7-day challenge is designed to help you to reset, recharge, and build simple, sustainable routines that will leave you feeling more energised, lighter, and more in control of your health.

You will learn 7 new healthy habits that aim to:

  • Increase Your Energy – Fuel your body with the right nutrients to sustain energy levels throughout the day, avoid mid-afternoon slumps, and enhance overall productivity.

  • Improve Your Digestion – Support gut health with fibre-rich foods, probiotics, and hydration to promote better nutrient absorption, reduce bloating, and enhance overall well-being.

  • Improve Your Sleep Quality – Optimise your diet with sleep-supporting nutrients like magnesium and tryptophan to regulate sleep cycles, promote relaxation, and wake up feeling refreshed.

  • Reduce Your Stress Levels – Balance blood sugar, incorporate calming nutrients, and adopt mindful eating habits to naturally lower cortisol levels and build long-term stress resilience.

How does it work?

This is a group challenge, where everyone will be added to a private WhatsApp group to set yourself up for the day, keep you motivated, hold you accountable to your daily health challenges and most importantly, have fun!

Being part of group where everyone is making the same recipes, sending pictures of their daily efforts and learning from each other is fantastic for support, and you may even come away having made some new friends to continue your healthy habits with!
