Anonymous questionnaires will be sent to employees to make it easier to share their concerns and challenges.
In addition to my corporate wellness programs, I offer 30-minute individual consultations which provide personalised recommendations to help employees with stress management and prevent burnout through diet and lifestyle recommendations and implementing coping mechanisms to help build stress resilience.
My corporate wellness programs include a 60-minute talk will be provided to educate employees on the relationship between burnout and diet, learn how nutrition can support stress management and implement stress reduction techniques to reduce the risk of experiencing burnout symptoms.
This 60-minute yoga class will educate employees on how the regular implementation of yoga practice can promote relaxation, improve mindfulness and reduce perceived levels of stress. Different styles of yoga will be explained to meet different abilities and style preferences.
Also included in my corporate wellness programs is a stress reducing toolkit, provided to help employees to implement stress reducing practices into their daily routines. All products provided are organic, sustainable and scientifically proven for stress management.
